Designer Habitat, one of the fastest growing multichannel lifestyle retailers in the UK, has consolidated its portfolio and rebranded to DOMU Brands.
The rebrand, which includes a new logo, website and brand identity comes as the business celebrates its seventh year of consecutive growth – growing 75% in the first part of the year alone.
Discussing the launch of the rebrand Mark Januszewski, CEO of DOMU Brands, said “When we started the business in 2009 we wanted a functional name that described accurately what we did. Designer Habitat worked perfectly, however as time has moved on so have the products and brands that we offer.
“Now with a dedicated retail platform and a successful portfolio covering; kitchen and homeware, garden, beauty, fitness and pet products – our business has evolved extensively. DOMU Brands brings these collections together allowing us to share the targeted customer data and insight, which no one else in our retail sector is doing.
“DOMU Brands offers a blank slate for us to realise our ambitions for the future. We’ve grown year on year since launch and in the coming year we will be investing heavily to further grow and develop our team and also launch new and exciting ventures.”
The new brand identity pairs the DOMU Brands name with a clean logo design and will be rolled out across the company’s portfolio of assets, including a simultaneous launch of the business’ newly redesigned website www.domubrands.com.
The rebrand of the business also follows news of the retailer’s expansion into new offices at the DEVA Office City in Salford.
"DOMU Brands offers a blank slate for us to realise our ambitions for the future. Weve grown year on year since launch and in the coming year we will be investing heavily to further grow and develop"
