The store is complete with iPad stations for customers to ‘build-their-own’ BMW i3 or BMW i8 and pre-booked test drives in the BMW i3 are taking place outside the Orient and the Debenhams entrance.
Daryl Bates, Head of Business at Williams Manchester BMW, commented: “We’re thrilled to have opened a pop-up shop devoted to the BMW i range. The pioneering concept is still quite new to everyone and so the store will be a great way of introducing these state-of-the-art vehicles to the North West.
“We anticipate that it will be a busy month particularly with the BMW i8 on show as it certainly draws in the crowds. We look forward to welcoming the public to the store over the next few weeks.”
BMW i is a comprehensive and ground-breaking concept for sustainable mobility. It represents visionary electric vehicles and mobility services, inspiring design and a new understanding of premium that is strongly defined by sustainability.
